What it is known for
Why this house has the reputation it has
- It priced a serious programme at roughly a third of what the flagship properties charge, which is what actually spread the format. We could not verify a published opening year and do not give one.
- A large, genuinely busy yoga schedule alongside the detox programmes, so the two halves support each other.
- Moroccan-styled, compact and social — it is the one property here where guests tend to leave with people’s numbers.
- Consistent, unglamorous delivery of the same programmes for well over a decade.
What we would tell you on the phone
The detox programmes are built on colon hydrotherapy and juice fasting, and we are on record that the evidence for the former is poor and the risks are real. We list the house for its yoga and its structure, not for the colonics, and we will say so if you ask us to book it.

Wellness at Absolute Sanctuary
Who is actually here
Wellness consultants, naturopathic and detox specialists, and a large yoga faculty running a full daily schedule. Programmes include a consultation and are adjusted, but the supervision is lighter than at the medical houses and the page should say so.
We do not publish clinicians' names anywhere on this site. They move, which makes a named page quietly untrue, and naming one invites you to book a person no house can promise will be on shift — assignment is made on arrival, from your examination. What is worth knowing is how many there are and what they hold.
