- The resort brochure’s inclusions list two one-hour Ayurveda massages a day, group yoga twice a day, daily meditation, weekly lectures, a weekly cooking demonstration and aqua yoga, and airport pick-up and drop for a minimum one-week package.
- The resort homepage lists heated and outdoor pools with private cabanas, a gym, yoga and meditation pavilions, an organic farm and walking trails; the-center page adds a steam and sauna wing.
- A stay includes consultations, two yoga sessions and one meditation a day, and massages, according to its brochure.
Worth knowing before you choose
It is not in Rishikesh town: the address is on the Haridwar–Dehradun road, Dehradun, less than 24 km from Rishikesh railway station. We confirm inclusions, stay length and room size in writing when we quote.

The site names three doctors: an Ayurvedic physician with an MD (Ayurveda) who is Director – Wellness & Clinical Operations, a BAMS Ayurveda consultant and a BNYS naturopathy doctor. The homepage says it has '80+ Qualified Staff'.
Team information is described by role and qualification rather than by individual name, because staffing changes. Ask us to confirm the current practitioner team and how guests are assigned before you book.
