What it is known for

Why this house has the reputation it has

  1. The site says it is 'a registered Ayurveda & Naturopathy Hospital' under the Clinical Establishment Act of 2010.
  2. naturovillewellness.com has 23 programme pages, from psoriasis, PCOS and hypertension to pre-bridal, corporate and child wellness, each stating its own minimum — '3 days or more' for pre-bridal, '14 days or more' for psoriasis.
  3. The resort brochure’s inclusions list two one-hour Ayurveda massages a day, group yoga twice a day, daily meditation, weekly lectures, a weekly cooking demonstration and aqua yoga, and airport pick-up and drop for a minimum one-week package.
  4. The resort homepage lists heated and outdoor pools with private cabanas, a gym, yoga and meditation pavilions, an organic farm and walking trails; the-center page adds a steam and sauna wing.
  5. A stay includes consultations, two yoga sessions and one meditation a day, and massages, according to its brochure.

The rooms, and which one to ask for

  • 01

Luxury Suite with Private Balcony809 sq ft

The rooms page mentions floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony over the gardens; the resort homepage lists two guests, a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathtub and a lounge.

Premium Rooms320 or 430 sq ft, by document

The naturovillewellness.com brochure says these were refurbished to have no balcony and suit guests staying a minimum of 7 days, extending to 14–21. The resort brochure calls them Premium Nature View Rooms.

  • 04

Executive Suite465 or nearly 700 sq ft

A brochure describes a separate living area and a balcony over lawns. The rooms page says the windows look onto 'the majestic Himalayas', the resort brochure 'the vast greens' — ask which before paying for a view.

Wellness at Naturoville Wellness

Who is actually here

The site names three doctors: an Ayurvedic physician with an MD (Ayurveda) who is Director – Wellness & Clinical Operations, a BAMS Ayurveda consultant and a BNYS naturopathy doctor. The homepage says it has '80+ Qualified Staff'.

Team information is described by role and qualification rather than by individual name, because staffing changes. Ask us to confirm the current practitioner team and how guests are assigned before you book.

What the building contains

  • 23 acres of grounds, per the homepage and brochure; three blog posts on the same site say 25
  • Doctor consultation wing, treatments and therapies wing, and steam and sauna wing
  • Heated and outdoor swimming pools with private cabanas
  • Gymnasium, library, gazebo, and yoga and meditation pavilions
  • Organic farm, musical garden and open lawns
  • Cycling, badminton, walking trails, volleyball, football, cricket and chess

At the table

Eating here

On a structured programme, meals may be part of the schedule rather than chosen from a full restaurant menu. We will clarify the dining format before you book.

  • Sattvik vegetarian meals

The resort brochure and homepage say breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, sattvik and vegetarian only. The naturovillewellness.com brochure says meals follow the diet plan and lists an in-room tea and coffee maker.

  • Prana Restaurant

Multi-cuisine — Indian, Asian, Continental and Western — per the brochure. Resort meals are vegetarian; ask us whether programme guests eat here.
